A clients organizational shift towards a centralized services model provided a unique opportunity to improve data amalgamation for procedural efficiencies and increased in-depth reporting and business analysis. To help facilitate the improved digital fundraising data and operations, the initiative required that staff published content solely within their licensed fundraising platform that would then synchronize securely with other digital media properties.

As the clients services were predominantly event focused, Ailm Consulting proposed a revamp of their existing website with an emphasis on curating traffic towards the various in-person and online events. We developed a data synchronization web services tool in conjunction with a plugin which managed the automated synchronization of event information between platforms while still allowing for manual input when necessary. We also established the necessary business procedures in consultation with staff and provided internal training for tool administration.

Several other objectives were also identified within the consultation process, which included improved SEO, increased visitor conversion for sign-ups, donations, and event registrations. We also integrated corresponding analytics from social media and other marketing channels to assist the client with future analysis, optimizations, and reporting.
